All the staff here were eager to help.
Enjoyed my stay, had a really enjoyable experience. Garden view was great and the location was convenient and ideal, near the circus next door, and Bayeux, the D-Day beaches, and the other attractions of the Normandy coast. I ate at the Michelin star rated restaurant near the hotel. The selection of amazing eggs and meats was a bonus.

This hotel is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the centre of Bayeux, making it an ideal base for exploring the Normandy beaches and Bayeux. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The glass-roofed pool and spa are a great addition, providing a relaxing atmosphere and a chance to unwind. The breakfast is of high quality, with home made and locally produced ingredients. The service is attentive and the staff are helpful and courteous.
Although the menu could have had more variety and some items were not available, the overall dining experience was excellent.

The food was amazing and the chateau was beautiful.
Unfortunately we were there on a very hot day. Our room was quite uncomfortable due to the heat. I would suggest that the hotel maintain fans for untypically hot days.

Explored Mont Saint Michel & Deauville, experienced architecture tour & visited Bayeux museums. Enjoyed gourmet restaurant, wellness area, indoor pool, and beautiful park. The château shop had amazing wines. Rich history and Gregory introduced me to delightful French wines. Exquisite moments at the Michelin starred restaurant.
No English TV channels or consistent wifi, unwelcoming staff, overpriced bar/restaurant. Disappointing room.

Nd the total ambience.
This is not a complaint but a suggestion to rectify a problem we occasioned: we arrived just before eleven (tremendous trouble finding your place in the dark) and the gate was closed by 10:30. we had no way to alert you other than honking our horn and yelling loudly. Awful situation. You should install an intercom at the gate if you intend to close the gates prior to the time at which you expect guests to arrive.

Hotel is charming. Property and grounds are beautiful. Location is very convenient for visiting all D-day battle sites. Employees were friendly, helpful and spoke very good English.
Restaurant and cocktail lounge are very, very expensive. Food and liquor tab far exceeded the cost of the room. No prices in the lounge --- learned cost of drinks, wine, etc. upon check-out -- Wow! . Although dinner is very good, the menu is limited. After two days we made other dinner plans. Breakfast is clearly overpriced for what is available.
